Striping Service and Supply Inc. (3S) is your one stop distributor of pavement marking, road, and airport safety products

Our available product line includes a full array of road safety and pavement marking products. In addition, we also offer the custom fabrication (adapted to your specifications) and sales of truck mounted attenuators (TMA) and trailers, utilizing the TrafFix Scorpion product line. These devices provide critical collision impact control for the protection of workers, motorists and equipment during road construction projects.

Our management staff has over 100 years of successful industry experience. We are the preferred supplier for many projects in the southern and southeastern region of the country, as well as serving the business needs of companies nationwide. Headquarted in Grand Prairie, TX, we also have offices in Sanford, FL. and Robert, LA.

Meet Our Team

Jeff Low, Managing Partner 

Jeff is approaching three decades of experience in the industry. During his career, Jeff has worked in the areas of manufacturing, contracting, marketing, sales, sales management, business leadership and product development. In addition to staying very involved with the company’s awesome customers, Jeff provides the strategic direction and thought leadership for Striping, Service & Supply. Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Howard Payne University.

Herbert has over three decades of extensive experience in the transportation industry. He worked for 31 years for the Texas Department of Transportation in a variety of roles including District Engineer, Director of Transportation Operations, and Area Engineer. While in these positions, Herbert’s work concentrated in the areas of administration, design, maintenance, operations, and safety. During the past 5 years Herbert has been working in the private sector, focusing on engineering, operations, administration and business development. Herbert is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas and has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and computer science from Texas A&M University.

Quin Boylan, VP Business Development, Southeast Region in-black-28px-r.png

Quin has over 30 years of industry experience in pavement marking installation, business development, and leadership. He is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of construction, contract management, and negotiation. Quin is C.A.P certified with TrafFix Devices and enjoys demoing traffic safety products to customers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Louisiana University.

Prior to joining Striping, Service & Supply, Jamie’s background focused on accounting, finance, and inventory control. As General Manager, Jamie oversees the day to day operations of 3S. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting/business management from Howard Payne University.

Mike brings over 15 years of experience to the team. He specializes in construction and construction maintenance. Mike is not only is a Certified Attenuator Specialist (C.A.P.) with TrafFix Devices but he also has extensive knowledge of Truck Mounted Attenuators and products that make work zones safer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Wichita State University.

Wes Scroggins, Dallas/Fort Worth Territory Sales Manager in-black-28px-r.png

Wes is responsible for business development and relationship management in the vast Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Wes brings 15 years of sales and customer service experience and is devoted to ensuring his customers satisfaction by providing the best traffic control products in the market. He is a Certified Attenuator Specialist (C.A.P) with TrafFix Devices and looks forward to offering his customers a product that protects work zones. He holds a degree in Business Management from Rangers College.

Danny has over a decade of construction experience, which included positions in project management and contracting. Only a few years into this industry, Danny is a Certified Attenuator Specialist (C.A.P) with TrafFix Devices and enjoys the fast paced environment along with meeting and supporting his customers however possible.
